"Went to fill up my car at Shell. The cashier was very nice I charged $60 dollars on my card. walk to the pumps started to pump gas but nothing happend . I immediately walked back. Cashier sead it may have timed out and reset the pump. As I walked back to pump gas. A very aggressive and rude Lady came out to tell me that the transaction was completed and I pumped $10 in gas. ????? I told her i didn't pump any gas. At that point she became ever more aggressive saying I pumped gas. which I did not. Will as a 25 year resident of Los Osos and a long time Ralphs ( reward program) and Shell Customer. I was shocked by the so call Manger or as she called herself boss. That was the 1st time in 25 years at that sration buying my gas That any employees there acted with a condescending, hostile and aggressive Attitude. She Not only would not try to understand or solve the problem . She was set in her way. Treating me as if I was a scam artist.. Merry Christmas all ."
