"I went to do an oil change this morning 12-06-23 here in Walnut Creek they guy told me I need some filters changed and some other things done, and I said not right now just the oil change is good, so when it was time to pay he told me he couldn’t reset the oil change light because I didn’t get the filter so therefore he couldn’t reset it I said ok that’s fine. Later in the day I was in concord and seen a jiffy lube pulled in and asked they guy there if that’s something new that they’re doing, he’s said he’s never heard of such a thing he came right out and even showed me how to reset it. Guess I will be coming to the concord location from now on."
