"The people were very friendly and helpful. The reason it loses a star is because my car was delayed for a week or more before being seen. This presented extra expenses for my insurance company, which will eventually be passed on to me. I was also concerned they had started stripping down my vehicle before the insurance company had determined whether or not it was a total loss. They knew I had to retrieve things from the car, but they put stripped parts in the car where I had to retrieve items, which had to be removed before I could get my things out."
