I have one Japanese and two German vehicles serviced here for the past twenty plus years. Everyone worked very hard trying to get to the right issue to fix and change only the necessary parts. They have also changed their parts warranty to 24 months over the past few years. Jose took good car of my cars from a simple lightbulb change to windshield wipers.
