"Everyone that answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. It clearly states they are required to offer discounted rates to low income and they don't. When I called to ask about this (after the DMV told me it was required) I was put on hold for 27 minutes. When the female Azha Stevens finally came back on she told me I had to fill out the form prior to install. Like I was supposed to know about this without them telling me. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she told me no one was working at that time. She then sent me an application for reduced fees as well as a complaint form, both of which were completely fake. I responded to both emails saying both forms were not real and she never responded back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!"
