"Disorganized and dishonest. It took weeks just to get an estimate, as they kept claiming to have email issues, lost phone calls, renovations, etc. The finally give me two estimates: one that I asked for ($2k), and a larger job they preferred to do ($5k). I chose the smaller, as it's what I originally asked for, and they agreed. On the morning they were supposed to start the work (my vehicle was already at their shop), I get a call that they refuse to do the smaller job, and will only work on it if they can do the larger job. I will never trust this shady business, nor their parent company (Haws Auto Body)."
