"Erroneously parked in a private lot, as it was NOT marked/no signage & have parked there multiple times in the past months. I come back to my truck gone, no answer at the telephone number listed, I Google & find address to which I quickly get a ride to.... only to come to a CLOSED business, locked doors (*despite sign that says "open 9a to 5p"). I'm walking/looking & my car isn't even here! Still no answer! So I call OPD and that's when I get a text saying "380 cash to get my car before 5p OR 460 after 5p" --- I respond, I'm HERE!!! Needless to say, my truck showed up 25 mins AFTER me, minimal conversation, no explanation. Suggest they hire someone to cover phones at the very least."
