We arrived at 3:30pm and he started and finished in an hour and a half. He was very thorough while also answering any questions I had along the way. "I went in to get my car inspected before a big road trip. Among other things, they recommended that I replace my serpentine belt, so I went ahead and did that. Soon after, there started to be a loud squealing noise sometimes when I started my car. Found out later that they installed the wrong size when I got it looked at and fixed at another shop. After that the noise was gone. I tried to reach out to see if they would refund me for their error but I was never able to get a response from them."
