"Called E&H- explained to them truck was not building air pressure. Told them we owned trucking companies, and also a mobile diesel mechanic business and understood how the business work to please be fair. He said fine no problem. Tech performed documented 6 hours, billed 7.5 then had a hose made in the hours billed. Cost on rubber hose was probably $35.00 tech charged $850.00 having known the business. We questions explained he said your right pay what was fair, gladly paid $1400 even though it was well over still. He called back and stated he would discount off the 2050 bill -50.00 I told him please don’t do this. He continued to argue and be disrespectful so we responded. This will be one of 50 reviews and automation we use. I warned the gentleman. So for all my truckers, and fair honest hrs working business people do not use unless your ready to hit the bank account for way over cost. Also he stated after confronting the cost on hose it’s because he didn’t eat lunch but the billable hours are added for this in driver time and labor. Book hours are 2.75 hours. Save your money don’t use!"
