"Edit: Spoke to the owner. He resolved my concerns. 5 stars for mutual respect. After several weeks of delays and excuses they still have made zero progress with my quote. Yes, quote. The task that should take a few minutes to an hour has been delayed for weeks, they have a new excuse every time I call, the team refuses to let me speak to the owner who was my original point of contact. I wish they told me they were going to try this hard to chase away work, I would have gone elsewhere. They clearly don't want to work. Do not reccomend if you expect any type of progress with your claim."
