"I was in an accident that left my car in worse shape than I had ever hoped for. Louie was willing to take my car in and helped discuss the different options for me. unfortunately at the time I did not have full coverage and my Prius I was hoping would last me for the next 7-10 years. After a couple of discussions in person and on the phone Louie and Ian made the near impossible, possible. At the time I was a traveling as a med student through the states and I needed my car more than anything to travel from state to state. I was scheduled to drive to Oregon in less than 3 weeks. Louie was able to get my car up and running again and while they were waiting a few extra days for a particular part, he did some extra paint work at no extra charge. Because of the extensive damage He was very transparent of the cost of every thing needed fixing. He discussed with me what they needed to do, and what they did not have to do and was willing to discuss the charges and trying to get better pricing based on market prices. When the vehicle was finally complete, the car looked like, and drove as if nothing happened. Amazing work done by Ian and Louie and the team here. The staff at Bryant Bay Area Auto Body did 10/10 work on my vehicle. While I hope to never have to step foot into the shop again, if I need any work done I would 100% roll my vehicle into this shop again. Very professional, empathetic, and transparent."
