"I have a Cascadia freightliner and an auto hauler trailer. I was hauling three sprinter vans at the time. I was delivering the sprinter vans to the dealership when I got my truck stuck on a slight incline that was way too high for my very low trailer. I called George’s Towing at 2:30 in the morning. He informed me that the technician had just started on another service call, and it would be a few hours before he could get to me. I didn’t want to wait, so I tried to call other towing companies, but I couldn’t find any that were available and reasonably priced. Luckily for me, waiting was no problem because I had to wait for the dealership open before I could deliver my sprinter vans. At 5:30AM I gave Goerge’s a call and they said they had just finished with their previous service Call and would be with me shortly. At 6:30AM they texted me and told me they had scheduled my service call and would text me when they were on the way. At 7 o’clock they let me know they were on the way, and at 7:30 they were there. It took him less than an hour to get me free. And it was only $500 something dollars. This same thing happened to me before in Deming New Mexico, and it was over $1200. So I’m very pleased and I have no complaints. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly."
