"Dropped my f150 for grinding noise from front wheel. Not only taken 3 days to diagnose; but tried to oversell. Told me to replace both 4x4 hub actuator and quoted me over 2K to replace. I took it to local shop and he said I don’t need to replace hub actuator but some tweaks with IWE vacuum line solved the problem (half day). Cost 10 times less the ford dealer quoted. Never going there again they will rip every penny of yours. They should be ashamed for calling themself FORD certified technicians. GUYS TAKE YOUR CARS TO YOUR LOCAL SHOP, THEY KNOW MORE THAN THESE GREEDY GUYS, PLUS COST WAY LESS.."
