After his call it was apparent that he was upset and proceeded to use profanity in front of me. The manager had to remind him that he was in the presence of a customer. Other than that the service can be speedy depending on what time of day it is. No one yet has gone above and beyond. Coming from someone who is in management and has over 20 years of experience.
