"Aamco Vallejo really saved the day. My Cadillac Escalade suddenly had problems with the transmission so I ended up having to go to Aamco to find out what the problem was they diagnosed the issue and because of the costs a replacement was recommended. I did my homework and it turns out that their estimate was the average. I am going to say that the cost was extremely high. What I'm going to recommend everybody do is if you don't have the room on a credit card go to Credit Karma get a personal loan and have that lined up before it's time to pick up your vehicle do not go through the finance companies that are in-house their predatory they'll approve you but won't tell you the rate until you're signing ( 130 percent interest ) . The manager James took it upon himself to check my truck and discovered that I had a rear main seal leak and proactively took care of it this saved me over $1,000 easily. This extra step really helped me a lot and it really made this shop shine in my opinion. I highly recommend Amco Vallejo for the quality of their work and how they take care of you as a customer. "The service and people are excellent. The issue keeping me from giving you 5 stars is that you replaced my windshield wipers at a total cost of $175.00. This is way more than I would have expected considering the time it took was about 10 minutes. The cost of the wipers was $62.00. Your hourly rate to perform this will keep me from returning. Your hourly cost of $149.00 is way more than I will pay in the future. Your ad on the radio says to come in and buy the wipers and you will replace them for free? What was free?"

"I had an awesome experience here. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and even quick witted when I sent some dad jokes their way. I replaced my compressor on my truck and had the system recharged here. My vehicle was only in their care for a couple hours and then it was as good as new. Also charged $80 less than the stealership quoted."
