"Horrible customer service. They were closing store to open the service window at night which is fine, as we walked up, the guy guarding the door was a total jerk about it. Very stern and rude, " store is closed, window opens in 10 minutes!" We didn't know the store was closed! I even asked him if there was somewhere else nearby (a gas station or liquor store) and he totally ignored me. Then after two customers came out he just shut the door and walked off. We aren't from this area, so a little help and less rudeness would've been appreciated."

"If you could give 0 stars and still be able to write a review, that is what I would do. In the past 7 most chàllenging years of my life, I have yet to encounter the cruel and down right blatant disregard for human rights, as I did in the Chevron station in Half Moon Bay early this morning. My husband and I were vacuuming out our mini van at a pace I would say was normal. One of the side effects of my Traumatic Brain Injury, is that I go slower than usual due to my inability to keep time. My husband does not rush me, as that only makes me experience trauma and therefore makes me freeze with anxiety. There was nobody waiting to use the vacuum and I what I had thought was 20 minutes was I guess an hour. The clerk comes out and tells us " you have to leave immediately, it's been an hour, they're watching you." , as he notions to what I could see were 2 police SUVs. I was so appalled that I could do nothing but sit there in shock as my husband gathered up our stuff that was still yet to be cleaned. I grabbed my phone and started to record because I am sick of being discriminated against due to my disability. The police left immediately and the clerk was inside the store laughing and looking back at the camera in a real bully type of way. I immediately called the police station and left a message that I was just told to vacate a public gas station because I was taking too long and that the clerk had called the police, from the way he has started that they were watching us earlier. I have a brain injury that causes me to due things that are considered "not normal". Not normal does not equal criminal and I will not be intimidated by ignorant store clerks who threatening my basic civil rights to not be discriminated against. I hope that the clerk is fired for violating my civil rights and aggressively trying to make me feel less than human."

"Cashier is poor customer service. They try to sell car washes to everyone. GAS Prices are astronomical. Also cashier doesn’t accept EBT benefits."

"I have always liked this Chevron station for decades. I used to always be in the area and fill-up here before returning to SF. It's always been clean and the service has never been an issue. The car wash here is great. It does such a great job. This is probably my favorite Chevron in the country."
