Rivian Service Center

"Update: I just wanted to say that all of the service reps and techs that I’ve met are all super helpful, friendly, and informative. However, if you read my review below, I think that corporate has just set them up to fail with too few employees and too small of a facility for the scope and volume of work that they handle, but Rivian corporate seems to have a consistent tendency to over promise and under deliver. Original: It’s clear that Rivian is only focused on optics, deliveries, and how things look to Wall Street. Deliveries are clearly the priority. For service, there are exceptionally long delays to get it scheduled, even safety related recalls. You can never speak to this location directly, you have to go through the general Rivian service assistance and 99% of the time they don’t answer those agents either to get a direct answer, so they have to send a message to be responded to at a later date. I’d like to think it’s growing pains, but they’ve been open and delivering vehicles for almost two years now and it doesn’t seem like it’s going to get any better."

"Picked up my R1S this morning. Got there a few minutes early, they still took me in and I left nine minutes after the original appointment time. Very courteous and knowledgeable employees. Place is also immaculate."

"Super friendly staff despite how overwhelmed I'm sure they are right now with deliveries. The service center is absolutely stacked with vehicles and they're fun to check out while waiting for service. The lobby area is decorated well with sofas and tables to work - as well as coffee and water, two recent additions that are much appreciated. Service pop-ups are very well run here. The two times I've had to go to one it's been less than 5min. The only real negative here is the location. It's a bit out of the way, but oh well."

"Test drove the R1S and had a wonderful experience here. This is a delivery center, test drive, and service center. As a Tesla owner, my overall impressive from my visit is that the Rivian experience is more holistically consistent, warm, and on-brand than the Tesla experience."
