Day of I was notified and could track my driver. Our driver AJ was amazing!! Took 5 of us up to Napa for a full 12 hours of tasting and eating. Would highly recommend: great service & professional for the right price!"

They came into SFO, met me at baggage claim, and personally escorted me to the car without any extra charge even though I had not booked the “meet and greet.” They remember my family and treat us all with respect and courtesy. We had booked a round trip to/from SF — later in the day before pickup, Peninsula Limo decided to change our return reservation and increase the price by 70 percent! We were given the choice to accept the substantial price change or be stranded in the city with no ride home. The company’s justification was that they were doing so because they believed we were attending an event. We will definitely no longer be using this business again."

"Very professional and timely. Well maintained Chevy Escalade (or similar) arrived right on time. Driver was courteous and the ride was smooth. They're also pet friendly and my large breed dog rode in the backseat, she was in a harness and leashed. I was able to book mostly via chat and was able to easily update the booking as my pickup address had changed. I received confirmation instantly. I was very worried about not getting a pet friendly ride to the airport but peninsula limo more than delivered. Five stars!"
