"Had my Lexus 250h, 15k maintenance done by Lexus of Serramonte. Bought the vehicle here and serviced here also. Made the service appointment online, easy to do. Brought the vehicle in the morning. After a short wait, assigned service advisor greeted me and proceed to do a walk around. Also took pictures of the vehicle. After the walk around, service advisor informed me to step out of the vehicle and followed the person to an office. Service advisor then looked up my vehicle’s maintenance records and proceeded to recommend others services other than the usual services for the vehicle’s mileage. As an owner you can approve or decline the additional services. Since I know something about cars, I approved the additional services since it is beneficial for the longevity of the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Lexus of Serramonte service center is always positive. Knowledgeable service advisor and great mechanics prompts me bring my vehicle to them time and again."
