"Naomi who runs the front office is very friendly and kind. To reiterate another persons review the diagnostic fee is high of $150. Not to mention once they fixed my AC my check engine light went on within 2 mins of leaving. I called they said to bring it back. When I did the Owner said that he didn’t touch my engine and has no idea why the light went on. He then rudely said, As a complementary service he would run a diagnostic test. I shared that I didn’t appreciate the way he shared that diagnostic is complementary. This is on them to give me back my car without lights and issues. He was rude and compared my car to a light switch in the kitchen. This was my first time going here and I would never go here again. As a new resident in Tiburon the service was over priced and the owner was rude."

"Staff are friendly and helpful but the prices are high. You have to pay $175 for them to even look at your car and diagnose the issue, and that money does not go towards the actual repair. They quoted me $1,040 for a repair that was estimated between $500-600 by both Big O and Jiffy Lube. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere after spending nearly 200 dollars for them to just tell me what the issue was."

"I know nothing about engines and their maintenance. I brought my Kia soul here for new rear brakes and an oil change. My brakes had been squeaking once in a while and someone told me I needed to replace them. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car a few hours later and was told that my brakes were fine. I only needed the oil change, and they also rotated my tires. I am an old lady and could easily have been taken advantage of. That they were so honest just floored me, which is why I am giving them my complete old lady who knows nothing about cars endorsement."
