"I don't like that I couldn't exchange an item for a different size even with proof of purchase and all tags still in tact. I had to return it and buy the larger size at full price when it was originally purchased with a promotion. Other locations just exchange it for the same price. Also they don't know what they have in the store bc after asking for a black maxi sweater dress they said they didn't have any then I eventually found one myself. Idk if I'll be going back to this location since I order through the app a lot and an exchange is written there as an option in-store. Also I don't want to waste time looking around for something that a salesperson should be able to help me find."

"Let me start by saying I spilled my whole Starbucks drink all over the floor. I felt so terrible, but the associate was extremely nice about it. This location is organized, clean and always stocked properly. The associates are friendly and are constantly on the move, working. I went here to help my younger sister shop and we found everything we were looking for quickly."

"I like to chop with my kids and we were there shopping a lot of cute clothes but less costumer to help you have to go all around to find someone to help you"

"Clothes were cute, but when it came time to try things on, the worker was acting very suspicious of me which made me incredibly. Not to mention she put me quite a few stalls away from anyone else. Coupled with the fact that I'm trans, and that she treated everyone else different, I'd say she needs some training to deal with people she isnt used to."

"One stop shopping for back to school here at great prices, if you live on the beach and have teen girls, they will no doubt be happy with the selection here vs. say, La Jolla and I think its one of the better deals on clothes, typical made in China skimpy trendy stuff but hey, if it makes 'em happy I'm just the dad... :) I like the looks they carry."
