"I’m giving Tjmaxx this location at las Americas a 1star due to purchasing a perfume but haven’t received it, their receipt is made hard to read for whatever reason but it was clear I bought the said amount of body products which didn’t add up. I’ve gone into the stores twice, managers took copy of my receipt number and name, omg they haven’t called nothing I think it’s unfair because I work very hard for my money and made many sacrifices. It’s been about two months now and nothing is happening when ever I explain to them that I haven’t gotten my item. Please I need a higher opp to reach out to me and help me with this. Yea yea yea it’s just a perfume but it’s my money that had purchased that item I didn’t received. I’m sure if I was white I would have gotten help with this. Smh"
