"I was replacing my wiper blades and made an error when the bare metal arm snapped onto my windshield and cracked it. Amateur move. I went in to see Vic and he determined there really wasn't much he could do as the crack was too large to repair. However, he said he'd drill tiny pits just beyond the cracks in hopes that move will stop further cracking. The value of this review isn't that Vic fixed my windshield, he fixed something more valuable. He fixed my faith in others. He got to work on my car with no ulterior motive other than to make me feel better and with hopes that his plan would do good. He didn't charge me a dime. So for all the good deeds of fine people out there, Vic is one of them. Thank you Vic. Should my windshield need replacement, hopefully not anytime soon, you will be my choice in spite of living in San Francisco. I'll make the trip just to repay you for your kindness."
