"Came here because we broke down on a Sunday and everything was closed. We got towed in Sunday afternoon to get worked on first thing Monday morning. I suppose, I should have asked for the mechanics rate ahead of time because we got charged $375 for under 2 hours of work. We got a vacuum pump replaced. We ordered the new part ourselves and the new vacuum pump had the pulley on it already so there was no extra work. The mechanic, Jose who worked on our truck was very nice knowledgeable and you could tell he felt bad about the pricing but he said it was his bosses call who wasn’t there. $187.50 an hour seems very random and when we asked the lady why it was $375 she said she didn’t know and that her husband told her the price over the phone. Seems like they just took advantage of us because they knew we had no other option. Which is sad because we already broke down and we’re stranded for hours, had to sleep in a random town in a random parking lot and paid $250 for a tow to go 8 miles and then $375 for under 2 hours of work. Karma is real so if the owners of this place ever rely on the honesty of strangers I hope they get theirs."

"We were heading north up to Oregon when we heard a loud pop from our 7.3L Diesel in our 2001 F250. I called Almond Diesel. Reuben was there in under an hour when he had said much longer. He could have taken advantage of the situation. I mean we didn't know what exactly was going wrong, but he handled it in minutes! So, THANK YOU!!!"
