Electrify America Charging Station

"One of the better sites out there. Boy bathrooms are far and every time I show up here I'm about ready to burst. Folks really need to recognize that they can't leave their car plugged into the DCFC after it's done charging while others are waiting. Really lacking etiquette from some folks. Two cars were done charging during my entire wait. Wound up taking someone who wasn't wasting anyone's time's spot bc it was a 350kw unit. Initiating was not very smooth but I've certainly had worse. Hope EA is connecting data about site traffic bc this is a busy one that could use more units."

"Strange location but once you figure out how to get there, it’s ok. Put in Forever 21 in Google to get to the garage entrance. It’s on the upper floor. At least two of the units today were down. I was able to go from 15% to 92% in 30 minutes on my Ionic 5. Wish there were more of this type of charger (350) in the area. Tesla dominates the market and our car will not connect. Too bad."

"CHARGERS ARE ON THE SOUTH PARKING GARAGE ROOFTOP. HARD TO FIND! Two chargers were not working and a Rivian was hogging one of the chargers so no one else could use. Not good EV manners!! Several people were waiting to charge."

"Avoid this station if you can if you’re on a road trip. Avoid the ones that are located in the mall. This is for those who shop at the mall. If you’re on a road trip, you don’t want to spend time looking for a charger. We were circling the area and wasted time here and couldn’t find it. We realized as we drove away that it must be on the top floor of the garage parking area. Our other experience looking for an EA that was located on a mall was much worse. We located it after 15-20min but then it was not available. From now on we will be avoiding the malls unless we plan on shopping."

"9/2 - 4 out of 6 stations are functioning. It is on top floor of the parking garage. Very very hot without any shed. Not very easy to find since there is no sign for EV charging station. There is a restroom in the food court inside the mall."
