Old review: I really appreciated the friendly service and fast turn around to get my oil changed. Unfortunately, on my drive later that evening I realized the undercarriage had come loose and was scraping the ground. This is the first time I've had any issues with Valley Oil, as all other services have been great. Would you be able to get this replaced? The undercarriage plastic is shredded from dragging on the ground. Thanks for your help."
