"Unfortunately, my recent experiences with this Subway location have been less than satisfactory. This marks the third time I've visited shortly before closing, well within their stated business hours, only to find the store prematurely tidied up and the staff eager to turn me away. On my last visit, I entered at 8:47pm, a good 13 minutes before their closing time of 9pm, yet was promptly informed they were "closed." If a business lists its closing time as 9pm, it should be prepared to serve customers up until that point. It's not only a matter of principle but also a matter of customer service. With the myriad of dining options available, it's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction. The frequency of this happening makes me question their commitment to the community they serve. Based on this, I can't help but wonder if this is the reason for the slew of negative reviews this particular location has garnered. In the future, I hope the management can address this issue and uphold the store hours they have posted. Customers deserve better."

"Horrible service, they refused to do my order!!!! I got there two people in front of me waiting, there was a new guy by himself working, he was making an online order, he was slow since he was new, he finishes the online order, he attended the two people in front of me slowly, another online came in and instead of attending me he started making the online order and he refused me to attend me. Another worker came probably from his break and he saw me waiting, instead of attending me, he started helping the new guy doing the online order, I told him I had been waiting for 25 min and he refused me to do my order"

"Horrible service. The door indicates they close at 9pm. The guy closed at 8pm. The app allowed us to place our order which was due to be ready at 8:05PM. We arrived and realized the door was locked. The guy reluctantly opened the door. When I asked why he closed early he said he had to clean. Before we could check our order he had locked the door and walked away. I looked through my bag and realized we were missing a cheese pizza for my child. We knocked on the door repeatedly but he never returned."
