"Do not order from their online website as it will send your food to the wrong location. We ordered food for a certain location but it ended up at this exact store, which is not the stores fault. Following the instructions from the Burros and Fries website, we called the store to ask if they could switch the order to our intended location, they said no. So then we asked for a refund (again per the instructions on their own website) and we were told no. Then we asked to speak with a supervisor and the employee decided to hang up on us. Honestly the terrible customer service and unwillingness to help was more upsetting than the order being messed up."

"Asked for fries well done in my California burrito. When I began to eat my burrito out in the parking lot 2 minutes after getting it, the fries were limp, pale, and soggy, and were were barely even warm, indicating that they weren't freshly-fried, let alone well-done. Kind of ironic that the word "fries" is in the business name, and yet they give me soggy fries like this in my burrito. There's absolutely no excuse for that beyond pure laziness. It's such a simple request too, but it's what makes or breaks a place for me. Glad I spent only $11 to learn not to come back here ever again."

"I had a great experience here. My daughter ordered the rolled tacos and I ordered a bean and cheese with Horchata and fries. The burrito was larger than a lot of other taco shops these days which was food to see. I didn’t find a salsa that I really liked though. All the salsas were okay."

"I've been coming here irregularly for almost a decade. The food is always good. Today I ordered the steak and bacon breakfast burrito and it was ready before I finished getting my salsa. The salsa bar was clean and they had to go packaging available, unlike a previous comment stated. $10 for a double meat breakfast burrito that I can barely finish is top tier. Highly recommend."
