"I went in for a pickup order and they told me 15 minutes okay no problem. Then I come back in and another girl says oh it will be another 15 minutes I'm like no I was already told 15 minutes she goes back and ask again and comes back and says 5 minutes. I'm like okay but no it was another 12 minutes before I got my actual food. My problem was the communication. Don't tell customers 15 minutes knowing its going to be 30 minutes. That irritated me more because you lied y'all knew it was 30 minutes the first time you told me 15 minutes. Very poor communication."

"The service was horrible, we were standing there for maybe 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. 10 minutes later one of the employees tells us he can’t take our order so we have to order it online. They had three people working and one of them was just putting stickers on the bags like um why couldn’t you take our order? There wasn’t even people inside the location. Complete waste of time. Horrible service!"

"Trying Wingstop for the first time was a good experience for my taste buds. We order Original Hot and BBQ they were seasoned good and covered in sauce. The variety of sauces they have are good from Original Hot to the sweet and spicy Mango Habanero. Also chicken was tender it wasn't hard or chewy it was cooked right."

"I always order online and something is always missing and when I wanna call no one answers. smh today I ordered corn and a combo but received no drink nor corn."

"Fries were not edible, WAY over cooked. Supposed to get 10; (5 one flavor, 5 another flavor) DID NOT receive 8 even all one flavor I did not order. Could not put in a formal survey as I got NO receipt! Then the employees were not honest!! VISIT OTHER LOCATIONS, the one Broadway STINKS!!!!"
