"If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went in because my car was leaking coolant. I handed Michael my keychain that had my house key, my friend's house key and some sentimental ornaments on it. They only gave back my one car key then tried to gaslight me into thinking that I had put it in the car. The car that I left with them. No. I was going to be late for work that day so I went back to my friend's car so he could drive me to work. It's not in there and I distinctly remember giving my whole keychain to them. They held my car for a little over a week. Tried to add on stuff that was NOT related to my original problem. Oh and getting in contact with them to get an update?? Good luck. I had my car towed to Hansel Ford and it took them like 10 minutes to find out what was wrong. I will NEVER EVER go back to this place unless it is to get my keys and keychain back."

"I highly recommend Smog Check Windsor to anyone in need of a smog certificate. They are also an auto shop. They were very professional and friendly and really know their stuff. They also do repairs and offer pre-sale auto checks. I will use them for my future needs. Great people!"

"I don't know why they call it smogcheck. It says Drive Rite on the building. That said, the owner was rude and accused me of trespassing into the area outside of the fence. "Customers are not allowed past the gate," he said. When I walked back through the wide open gate, I noticed a lack of signs indicating the area to be off limits to customers. There were none. The big thing that got them 1 star: they removed a trim piece from under the hood and just tossed it in the back of my pickup truck bed. WTFlip? Who does this? They removed this piece and threw it in the back of my vehicle? I'll never go back. Hari, the owner, is rude and deserves to go out of business. While I waited 2.5 hours for my smog test, I heard them tell their customers about how crooked every other shop is. Whatever. I'll never go back."
