"Man these wings suck, they dont look anything like in the photos. The blue cheese is runny. Premium quality is NOT the name of the game here. Step up your game, stop being so cheap with your ingredients."
"They used to be really good but now they absolutely suck. Wings that *should* have sauce on them but show up literally dry, soggy fries. I won't ever be ordering from here anymore. Stay away from this place."
"used to be good in when they open now they suck, have them another try to see if they were before and nope lately they been givign them to me uncooked and fries all burn , made my family sick , and i order from uber and doordash, never again"
"Definitely deceived!!!! Thought this was a new place called "It's Just Wings". Turns out It's Just Chili's. I knew Chili's wings weren't good and I would not have ordered if I would have known. If your looking for wings I would keep looking or try Epic instead."
"Wow! Totally disappointed. I get it that Chili’s parent company is trying a new idea, a restaurant within a restaurant. Anything to drive sales, right? But as Kenny Roger’s sang, “if you’re going to play the game, son, you need to learn to play it right.” I seriously don’t think they know what game they are playing! Since this is a virtual store, everything is done online. Ordering was simple and straight forward. After you finalize the transaction you’re given an ETA. So I pulled up about 5 mins before my order would be ready. I was promptly greeted in my car by an employee and was informed that she would bring it out ASAP. Mr. Rogers continues, “You gotta know when to hold’em, know when to fold’em, know when to walk away, and know when to run.” I’m generally not a patient person, I hate waiting for anything. After waiting 20 mins past my time, my inner voice said, “Just leave! Walk away”. I should’ve listened. Instead I thought I’d try to fulfill my life’s goal of becoming the most patient person in the world. I thought I was doing rather well and was rewarded with a free ice tea, and then 10 mins later, my food which was 8 wings seasoned with Cajun spices and fries. Yum! Not! My order, after waiting 45 mins since I placed it, consisted of wings that were not even close to being hot, seasoned, and edible (think rubber), paired with fries that were of the same quality . I’ll give them a star for consistency. So now I have to go back. After speaking to a couple of different people, I was informed that they couldn’t refund my money. I would have to call. What number? Who do I call when speaking to a virtual business? Was never given an answer. I would suggest to the person who thought of this concept that it’s time to fold’em. If you’re thinking of ordering, my advice is to run or walk or drive, someplace else. 7-11 has better wings even after spending time under a heat lamp for god only knows how long. Too bad I didn’t pay with virtual money."
