Mariscos La Perla Negra

"I recently dined at Mariscos La Perla Negra and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered the lobster dish, which came with a hefty price tag of over six hundred dollars. To my dismay, the lobster was far from the high quality I expected. It was overcooked and lacked the freshness and flavor that a dish of this caliber should possess. Adding insult to injury, I was surprised to find that a tip had been added to my bill without my consent. As a customer, I believe it is essential to have the choice to determine the tip amount based on the quality of service received. It was disappointing to see this lack of transparency in the billing process. Overall, my dining experience at Mariscos La Perla Negra was a letdown. The exorbitant price I paid for subpar lobster, coupled with the unwelcome addition of a tip without my permission, left me feeling unsatisfied and disrespected as a customer. I hope the restaurant will take steps to improve both the quality of their dishes and the transparency of their billing practices in the future."

"It wasn't crowded, I ordered soup to go, my first time going there, the soup was good, I would go there again and try some of their other menu items"

"Don't know the area. Got off the blue train in San Diego and the restaurant is about a quarter mile from the train. Place doesn't look fancy but wow what great fresh seafood. We are from a small town in Ohio and would kill for this place back there. The host was very warm and welcoming. Like I say I'm from Ohio so maybe there are a lot of places like this out here but this one was on spot. Loved it"
