"Went in today at 10 am on 3/11/24 the lady in the front rolled her eyes once I walked in. As I ordered the lady had a major attitude. Half way through she sneezed ans proceeded to make a sandwich. Then the michene didn't work with she never communicated she just fiddled with the thing for l Iike 10 mins. She demamd cash with I didn't have and then I asked what she was gonna do with theb $17 sandwich and she said throw it away. Like how rude and gross of a human. Definitely need to hire ppl with more experience, clean and a better attitude"

"I ordered a tuna melt. With the italian herb and cheese bread beacause they didn’t have any other bread left.At first I saw her toasting it, in my mind I was thinking maybe she’s going to press it at the end after she put all the veggies and sauces, nopeee when she was wrapping it I ask her “you’re not pressing it”? and she goes no because I toasted it already and I can’t do it with this bread. Whatttt??? Just tell me you don’t want to clean the presser. Smh!!! Lazy! Never going back there and she keep telling a bunch of excuses I wasn’t even listening anymore. You lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper! Big NO!!! Look at these pictures. It doesn’t even look like a tuna melt at all."
