Reviews of Carl’s Jr.
"Convenient location. The service was ok. I got the Loaded burrito combo for $13+. I’ve always gotten this at other locations and at this location the portion was off (small) for it to be called a loaded burrito. The soda fountain was not working properly. The bathroom was also missing hand soap. There was an unhoused person in the restaurant which made this location smell pretty bad. It was simply not enjoyable eating at this location as she was harassing and trying to talk to me. For the money spent it’s simply not worth coming here again."
"I recently had a disappointing experience at Carl's Jr. that has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a frequent patron who enjoys their offerings, I was taken aback by the treatment I received over a simple request. After paying an additional 50 cents for jalapenos on my burger, I was met with skepticism from the staff when I asked for them to be added. Instead of a smooth transaction, I was asked to prove my purchase by showing my receipt, an action that implied I was being dishonest. This unnecessary suspicion over a minor addition not only dampened my dining experience but also felt demeaning. The situation escalated when one of the employees, instead of addressing the misunderstanding with professionalism, told me to be quiet. Such rudeness is unacceptable in any customer service setting, especially over a straightforward request that could have been easily verified and resolved. It was not just the disbelief over the jalapenos purchase that was upsetting, but the overall dismissive and disrespectful attitude from the staff. This kind of interaction leaves a lasting negative impression, making customers feel undervalued and mistreated. This experience at Carl's Jr. highlights a significant need for better employee training in customer service and respect. It's essential for all staff to understand the importance of treating customers with kindness and professionalism, regardless of the situation. Customers come to Carl's Jr. for enjoyable food and service, and it's disheartening when instead they encounter rudeness and disbelief. I hope my experience serves as a call to action for the management to reevaluate their customer service training and ensure that all employees are equipped to provide a positive and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through their doors."
"Worst location. Every time the soda is horrible, the fries are cold, limp and just nasty. They always have you park in the front and wait for your food. I've been going here for a decade and never once have they given me my food at the window (dead, nobody behind me) Last straw was ordering an impossible burgers, no cheese or mayo (two of them) and both were real meat. Never would I eat here again. Not this location. Should be closed down. It's an embarrassment to the company."
"At least there are some decently edible offerings here, even though they're horribly overpriced for what you get. It shouldn't cost $50 for fast food for 3. That's utterly ridiculous. That being said, the Charbroil Chicken Club is one of the better fast food offerings across any of them, provided the chicken doesn't have woody chicken breast syndrome. The waffle fries and fried zucchini are both better than anything you'd find at McDonald's and Burger King. The guacamole burger was generously portioned and pretty tasty, and the Western Bacon Cheeseburger with the crispy fried onions and bbq sauce feels different enough that you don't feel like you're just getting the same old same old."
"Can't seem to get a grilled cheese right even upon request. Its not a grilled cheese unless it's "GRILLED". It's way more than just throwing bread and cheese together on buttered bread. Every time I order it's the same old thing...2 peices of buttered bread, not grilled, COLD cheese. Unbelievable"
