"This is a GEM of a restaurant. I’m a NYC-local, but visit San Diego often. This is the best restaurant I have had in San Diego to date. Every dish we had was incredible, so flavorful. I’d call the food contemporary Vietnamese. SO yum! My husband and I started with the eggplant & prawns & finished with the dry aged duck as an entree (big enough to share). We get duck often & we both agreed this is the best duck we have ever had. Our server was SO lovely, personable, knowledgeable, & efficient. Bravo to the chef & the entire team that run such a lovely restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!"
"amazing food and great service. Highlights forsure were the dry aged duck and duck pate. The eggplant and sea bass were a little too salty so I'd skip those. Any of the 7 dishes I ordered had the potential to be a standout. The hype is definitely worth it."
"French influenced Vietnamese restaurant with beautiful decoration. Guests can sit on the patio, main dining room or at the bar (in the middle of dinning room). Amazing cocktail and service. I would recommend you to try duck liver pate, diver scallop, and chicken wing. They were very flavorful. Unfortunately, my least favorite menu was their smoked dry aged duck."
"Staff was great, had great banter with them. I enjoyed the drinks as well, though some were definitely on the sweeter side. Every dish here was great and done well with respect to texture and flavor. My only gripe is that I personally prefer fishsauce more on the saltier side, BUT you can easily request for some on the side to adjust the dips to your flavor profile. I also wish it came with little more vermicelli noodles and greens/herbs. The dishes are a little pricey but well worth it. I'll likely come back in the future."
