"The best chicken. Had the spicy chicken sandwich combo... there is two wonderful plump chicken breasts, not one, two. The spicy was good spicy. The sauce they use is different and delicious, not a standard bbq like everyone else. Service was friendly and fast. Parking around back in limited, there is always the street. This place is worth the trip!"

"I got chicken tenders, potato wedges, spicy chicken thigh, wing, leg, and a regular wing. The regular wing was the best for me…the breading was seasoning well. The chicken tenders and the spicy chicken were seasoned differently, it was okay but I didn’t like it as much as the regular wing. The spicy chicken had a wet sauce to it and I didn’t like that. I only ate the regular wing…a tender and some potato wedges. I didn’t enjoy the spicy chicken at all and didn’t eat it. I want to try the regular chicken again, it reminded me of Bojangles chicken."

"Ate here for lunch on my break. I'm a big fried chicken fan and this passed the taste test. Flavorful, seasoned well, moist, and crispy. I like how they give you 1 complementary sauce just wish they had a description for each sauce. I went with spicy 2 piece chicken and it was delicious. Ordered online and was still crispy and hot when I brought it back to work and ate. Will return and eat here again."

"First of all, these pieces of chicken are huge. I got the spicy chicken sandwich along with a single leg. It was hot & crispy. Service was awesome & the actual taste of the chicken…..AMAZING. I usually use hot sauce or BBQ to add flavor but I just couldn’t this time. The actual chicken sandwich had flavor that was like nothing I’ve ever had. Chicken is just about the only meat I eat so I know good chicken when I taste it. The price of everything was pretty fitting for SD but you’d literally pay the same thing at like Popeyes or something so I suggest you run & go check this place out! I’ll be back!"

"Customer service is on point. Clean and friendly environment. The spicy Mac and cheese is really good. I really wanted to love the spicy chicken but I didn't like the seasoning. The original chicken also had a seasoning that wasn't my favorite. The hot Hillcrest sauce is sweet, tangy, and spicy and is a better sauce to dip the original chicken in to make it spicy then ordering the spicy chicken, in my opinion. The potato wedges were good and had a tasty batter. Also, their to-go bags are reusable, which is pretty cool."
