"This place blew up in SD. A ton of locations now and for a good reason. Place is really good. I tired the shrimp burrito and it was probably my favorite one I’ve ever had. Packed with shrimp and the tortilla is soft and warm. Really good. Come try this places only thing is this location is in a tiny lot. So hard to find parking!"
"Absolutely incredible. This unassuming place is packed with flavor. The space is small, and the seating is limited. If you're able to snag a seat, the bustling vibe of the restaurant is quite immersive. We got the California burrito, Al Pastor and Baja tacos, and fries. All the protein options had a flavorful grilled taste. The slaws and vegetables added a refreshing cut through the meats. The sauce bar had a nice selection of salsas. Handmade tortillas are such a game changer. The flour tortillas used for the burritos had a soft and chewy stretch. 10/10 would recommend."
"A Cozy Spot with Big Flavors! We recently visited this little gem while in town to see our son, and it's safe to say that it exceeded our expectations. The place, though small and always bustling with patrons, has a charm that's instantly welcoming. The highlight here is undoubtedly the food - a delightful surprise in every bite. The tacos, the stars of the menu, are nothing short of amazing. But what really sets them apart is the variety of salsas available. Each salsa offers a unique twist, elevating the flavors of the tacos to a whole new level. Whether you're a fan of spicy, tangy, or mild, there's a salsa for every palate. This eatery proves that great things indeed come in small packages. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a casual yet memorable dining experience. Don't let the size fool you - the flavors here are huge!"
"This place is so worth the hype!!!! Small place, but the al pastor was soo good. I also really loved the shrimp taco. Baja style fish is average imo. The sauce is super good as well."
"Good stuff. We were visiting from out of town, so obviously, our first time. There were 8 of us, and everyone got something different. I got a Polo Asado burrito and an Al Pastor taco. They were good, not great. A bit flavorless. The portion size was god for what you pay. One in our group got a Camaron taco and burrito and said it was great. The overall consensus was good, but lacking a lot of flavor. It's kind of a cool little street vibe, limited seating, and you are slammed right in there next to the cooks. I thought that was cool. At least it wasn't crazy expensive like most good joints in SD."
