"This place used to be my favorite Hawaiian place. I was very disappointed with the Korean chicken. It was burnt. The breading was rock hard. Only was able to eat few. The service is good but the food quality has gone down."
"The katsu chicken was better than L&Ls. The salt and pepper chicken wings were decent and had a strong green onion flavor. The Mac salad and Kalbi beef were good."
"Spent $55 and they won’t give you a cup of water. You have to spend $2 for a bottle of water. The Teri beef is 30 percent fat bits and dry and overcooked. Poke tastes like pure onions. No trash or bathroom, they keep the trash can outside. Parking lot so small even if everyone parks normal your bright be damaged. They cover up prices with post-its and change prices on everything frequently which I get for some things but all seems sketch."
"Good portions for meal and pretty good Hawaiian bbq good alternative to L&L. Got mix plate with beef and chicken it was okay good not the best but could be better than L&L fried spam masubi eat right away and lumping was good but not impressive over all kind of just good all around but dirty soda or mixed drinks was really great and enjoyed that the most"
"I probably shouldn’t say this but I enjoy the plate lunch from here almost more then from Hawaii. Everything is so good and the vibes are chill. Whenever I’m in SD this is my spot for Hawaiian plate lunch. I’d recommend the lava chicken or the Korean fried chicken. They also do dirty sodas which are probably really bad for you but they’re really good. Prices are okay."
