"The bartender who served me literally stole $10 from me. I wanted her to break a $10 bill so I could tip her 5, but she claimed that I only gave her a $1 bill. What?? If a manager is reading this, check your register/til or cameras maybe - I bet your $10 dollars over reported sales for 3/7/24. Don’t care about the money really, but the lady bartender was extremely rude about the whole situation and I need to review (as I don’t do this often). She’s a middle-aged Asian woman, tried to be nice to her, but she clearly had a bad day or something. Will find a drink elsewhere at the airport from now on as I frequent SAN often. Not happy at all."

"Saw a manager openly yelling at multiple employees over a full drink container behind the bar. Came from behind the bar while a waitress was helping customers and yelled at them. Just very rude to workers and rude overall to very hard working ladies."

"Really rude service from waiter yelling at me that's holding the plate felt very unwelcome time 11:58am. Wanted to eat food looks really good customers says food really good. Although felt very unwelcoming and customers around me said she didn't have to be that rude either."

"3.1 | food was fine, nothing to write home about, but considering it's the only option in this terminal it was ok. Others seemed to not like the burger or chicken sandwich - we had the chicken tenders. Service was great and rather attentive, but seems like there is variability depending who you get as other tables for much slower service. Chairs are rather uncomfortable."

"This place is inside the San Diego Airport, so if you're between flights, choices are limited. We must have gone there at a peak hour since it was busy. We ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a hamburger with tots. The food was lukewarm at best. You could taste the grease in the hamburger. Service was slow, but it was busy. Of course, when you're in an airport, the prices are exorbitant, modern-day highway robbery. $75 for two meals that would cost $25 tops outside the airport. We didn't walk the entire airport. Much of it is under construction. You are limited to 3 or 4 choices per terminal. Bring a sandwich, cheaper, and probably better."
