"The passenger side molding was not sitting flush because my winshield wasn't all the way in! The weatherstripping was messed up when they replaced the window. The windshield top molding/seal wasn't placed in correctly. There was a loud wind noise that I noticed later. Also car was not cleaned after work was completed, dust and little pieces of the seal. Red Bluff Glass charged my insurance for a calibration that wasn't performed. No retention tape was put on after the installation. The manager refused to fix when I expressed the problems. He told me that I'm only complaining because I wanted my deductible back. I let the owner know my concerns the next day and still nothing. Red Bluff Glass did a terrible job and had to have it redone!"
