"Very disappointed!! Haven’t had food from Carlsjr in a while and my daughters and I decided to go. Star nuggets were stale, almost like they had been in the fryer rack for days. Lemonade was small and tasted like chemicals, at that point I was scared to even eat my burger. The burger did not look appetizing. I’m literally tempted to go back because it’s sad that they thought it was okay to sell me that food. Not cool Cars Jr!! I should have known better the moment a machine answered the drive thru."

"Decided to go through the drive thru at this Carl’s Jr. Big mistake. I was in a hurry and was hoping to grab a quick bite to eat and be on my way, that didn’t happen. There was absolutely no one in line but the parking lot had more cars than usual. Turns out they were ALL waiting for their food. After I ordered and waited a solid 5 minutes with no cars behind me, I was told to park in the front. No one came out for another 10 minutes. I only ordered a burger so I was lucky. Other customers who were there before me were still waiting when I left. They are several under staffed"

"DON’T ORDER THE LEMONADE! If you order a lemonade here and ask for light ice, you’ll receive a cup that’s shorter than an iphone with 2 full scoops of ice. Your cup will appear to have 80-90% ice cubes, and filling in the crevices, you’ll find so little lemonade that you’ll wonder why you paid more than $3.00. When your disappointment is overflowing more than the cup is with ice cubes, you’ll learn that there are no refills. P.S. At least Jack in the Box is a good alternative, and you’ll find it across the street."
