"Great experience during the morning Buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful making sure all my needs were met. The view was great as well. A good selection of food was available being prepared fresh and a good variety of choices."

"I want to start by saying we have a very large party, 11 people is a lot. We went there for dinner one night and breakfast one morning. It took about an hour to get our food. I would be pretty understanding of the time if there were not just a few other guests. With that two of the items that were ordered they did not have and it was not until we went to order them did they tell us. Next when the food came two people in our party food came out after the rest of the table was done eating. They comped one of the dishes which made up for being significantly late. As far as the food itself I would say that for the price it is absolutely not worth it. Many dishes were bland or overcooked. The pork belly was decent and their cheese bread was very good. Breakfast wasn’t much better. It was faster, took maybe 20 minutes to get items out however they were also bland and overdone. Overall if you are staying at the Hyatt next to it I probably wouldn’t suggest spending more than a meal there, especially because of the price. If you are not at the Hyatt maybe try a different restaurant with comparable prices, better views, and better food."

"We had the prime rib, lamb chops and pork belly. All exquisite. Wow. The atmosphere was great and Daniella our server was the best. Admittedly I wasn't sure if a hotel restaurant would be that good but everything was fantastic. Of course Xmas dinner with my daughters sealed the deal :)."

"I am so happy to give my review: Red Marlin is excellent! The food is so tasty and fresh. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and responsive. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant. Sits are comfortable, and the view of the harbor is beautiful. I would like to reiterate that the food was delicious, the portions were just right for one person, and maybe share a bit. You can tell that every dish was made with fresh, great quality ingredients. I'll be back for sure."
