"This diner/bar is a nice place to go to grab a quick bite at an affordable rate. They're open for breakfast. And it's so good. Service was fast and friendly. And the place looked decently clean. Tho it looks as if they have a closer or two that likes to cut corners, so be mindful. ;) expect to spend at least $10 - $15 for a meal and a drink."

"Classic diner ambiance. Service was great and you can tell they work to earn their regulars. Wasn’t a huge fan of the instant upsell on coffee as I walked through the door before I even sat— will chalk it up to being part of the diner experience. Main gripe was the food, it tasted rather bland to me. I had the biscuits and gravy w/ eggs, sausage, hash browns. Good portions but was bored after the first bite. $1 more with credit card and tips are cash only."

"New favorite local breakfast spot in OB! Food is crazy good for the price. I got the #3 and it did not disappoint. The biscuits and gravy were out of this world! My fiancé and I both got a decent size breakfast platter, coffee & tea, and walked out of there only spending around $35. They have some pretty solid $10 breakfast combo deals too. The best part about this place though is the vibe. It’s pretty unassuming from the outside but the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the feeling like we were being welcomed into someone’s home with all our neighbors. If you are looking for a homey and chill beach cafe with delicious, affordable food that will fill you up, this is it. Can’t wait to come back every week and slowly make my way through the menu."

"This restaurant is one of our favorites, it's a must stop for us everytime we visit San Diego, the store always kept clean and tidy, staff is extremely friendly, nice, and they get you order right no matter what you ordered! Their menu is great and the food is on point! They have a back patio which is very nice to dine in! It's a family owned business with awesome brothers managing it. See you next time!"
