They don't even bother to greet you, refused to wear masks during the pandemic, ordered the wrong part (even when given the part number) and finally, today, quoted me $895 for an item (with 2 week lead time) that cost me $426 and a 3 day lead time elsewhere. Under the previous ownership, the friendly employees knew their trade, helped you troubleshoot your problem and didn't charge exorbitantly high prices. I have talked with several others, who also wanted to support their local businesses who all feel the same way and have taken their business elsewhere. This company, at least under this ownership, will not survive with this attitude."
