"So good so fresh and always clean. Great for a family lunch."
"We went there on 6/17/2023 and walked in at 9:50 pm, they close at 10. The door was open and they were making a sandwich for 1 person. We only wanted 2 sandwiches to go nothing else. They said they that person was their last customer and wanted to clean up. They still had 10 minutes left before their posted closing hours. They were not apologetic when I stated they were still open for 10 more minutes. All the female worker said was this is our last customer. They just didnt want to serve us nor honor their operating hours. Very disappointed because we rushed there to get our food before they closed. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. If they would of said something like "sorry we are closing for the night", we would of not been so upset. They could of served us quickly in 10 minutes"
"Wont be back again, when they are making up rules as they go. Not a single sign on the door for a mask being required and yet I was accosted by one of the employees for not having one on. She then told me it’s a Riverside County mandate, to which I told her there are exemptions. Legally they have to serve me if I am following their rules which don’t state anything about having a mask on. They only state 6’ social distancing required and there isn’t one other person inside the store right now. People think they have become the law, when the law protects other citizens and their rights. Subway you need to either add signage or better educate your employees if they are quoting mandates and laws."
