Jersey Mike's Subs 1201 University Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507

"I placed an order on the App at 1pm to pick up for my lunch at 2 pm. I got there, and an employee Jaden came off not as friendly when he told me my order was not ready and that it needed to be remade again. It will only take 2 minutes. According to him, my preorder sub was made ASAP and not as a timed order and was put in the refrigerator. I sat down to wai, and after 8 minutes, I looked up and saw my food was ready. I asked him why he didn't tell me my order was ready. Jaden said he thought I was in the bathroom and didn't see me. He then became more irate by saying, "What can I do? I messed up. I asked for a manager and spoke with Rosi, the manager. I explained to Rosie what had occurred. She said she would talk to him. I went to have my sub and saw the sandwich was not fresh meat looked thrown together along with vegetables. It was sloppy made and not to the standards of Jersey Mike's. I called and spoke with Rosi, and she will remake it. However, there was no lunch for me in the meantime. I went back and spoke with Rosi and showed the sub, and she said it's roast beef that had a reddish coloring. I only ate roast beef that's brown, but okay. I will not eat here again. Check the pictures for yourself. Would you eat this?"

"The service and sandwiches were excellent. Their restrooms, however, were closed for service. The staff told us to just ask a neighbor to use their facilities. We spent $60 in this shopping center and SIX other businesses turned us away from using their restrooms. The seventh place only let us use the bathroom because I had tears in my eyes. I don’t think we will every shop in this shopping center ever again. I didn’t think businesses who had restrooms could turn people away anymore…wasn’t a law just passed about that?"

"I recently visited the Jersey Mike's Sandwiches restaurant and I must say, it was a letdown. The lady at the counter seemed unusually spiteful, which immediately put a damper on the entire experience. Her demeanor was far from welcoming, and it made the visit quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sandwich I ordered was drowned in an excessive amount of vinegar. It was so overpowering that it completely masked the flavors of the other ingredients. Perhaps this was intentional. It's a shame, because I've had good experiences at other Jersey Mike's locations. I hope this feedback helps them improve their service and maintain the quality they're known for."

"Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite sandwich shops, specifically the one on university. The employees there are always friendly and very helpful and their sandwiches are delicious, I am a man who always orders his food special, either with extra meat or certain items that I don’t believe belong on my sandwich and it doesn’t phase these folks at all they were always happy to give me what I want and that is exactly why I go to this certain establishment, they are a little bit expensive but I figure we are helping the people who work here more than anything during this terrible time, so please check them out they’re awesome."
