Castañeda's Mexican Food

"I tried this place a few months ago, and it was very good. The Chile Verde was the kind that I really liked. I was very disappointed that they completely changed the recipe. I mentioned it to them, and the cook said something about changing it back to the good style of Chile Verde that is darker and not made with tomatillo. Next time I am in the area, I will give them another try. The workers there are not very friendly. The restaurant was empty, and the cashier was too busy playing on her phone than to try to make us feel welcome. Management should encourage the staff to be more engaged with customers and make them feel welcome."

"Please don't waste your money here. I'm a local - and have given this place many tries. The food has consistently gone downhill, and nothing about this place is a pull. The food is twice what it should be, assuming it was good to begin with, which it is not. Don't waste your time."

"Chicken tacos were delicious and the beans and rice, fish taco had no flavor at all. I love the fact they are open 24 hours inside and out, only bad part was the bathroom. Major leak from the ceiling, floor was flooded, water was dripping on me while using the bathroom and it wasn't even raining outside so yea just do not use the bathroom."
