"Wasted a trip to pick up a pre-paid order. Was refused to be served my order because the card that “I” paid with thru the app was not with me. I offered to show the order details on my phone via the app and this young and rude girl repeatedly points to a “store policy” that ONLY they have posted only at this store requiring to show last 4 of card. The APP does NOT require this nor is it posted anywhere. SO, instead of working with me - the order and the food (gets wasted) yet, I can say cancel the order and somehow that can happen and Im told the refund will be in 7-days. Very poor attitude and a person that can ONLY point to piece of paper instead of working with the customer who had ALL the order details via the APP on their phone."
