"They don’t care about giving good service or good food; and I assume it’s because, they get a lot of foot traffic as it’s in the mall. You don’t get to choose what and how much you want in your bowl-the Asian man(I am guessing the owner) literally put 2pieces of mushroom, 4 broccoli and 5pieces of meat. Don’t waste your money here. You will get much bigger bowl of food that taste delicious; and guess what you get to choose your own items."

"Owners are very stingy and do not fill up your plate properly. The chinese lady will count every piece on your plate and only add 2 pieces of brócoli and 5 pieces of chicken. They also are super stingy with the noodles and will charge 5$ more for a few extra noodles. She also fills up the ice to the top so you get less soda. She doesn’t like to give extra forks napkins or straws which is weird. She also doesn’t provide siracha sauce unless you insist but she will lie that she doesn’t have any. She is extremely hurried all the time like she trynna get you out and not attend properly. Very rude people should not be running a business and even less inside a shopping mall. She also gets her husband in trouble if he serves a little bit more. Mainplace is going downhill with these business that they’re allowing here inside the mall. The plate is $20 but you will get the amount for $8. Overall shut this place down asap."

"I ordered my food along with my wife's and it got misplaced along the line I asked if I can get another one and the owner said no I asked for my money back and the owner said no. Terrible service. Closed minded very disrespectful hands down."

"NEVER AGAIN!!!! WORST MONGOLIAN BBQ!! I had the displeasure of visiting my OG favorite Mongolian BBQ yesterday. This was my weekly go to about 10 years ago and have since moved to LA Mirada, so I usually go to Great Khans in Cerritos. Yesterday, I rode the escalator up to GK after walking around. My first impression was how run-down things looked. I paid for my bowl, and the customer service was off as the lady was borderline rude when I asked for a cup of ice water. I get to where I thought I would get a bowl to add ingredients, but that is no more. You now have to dictate what you want, and they build your bowl. That was 1/2 the fun of going to the place. I was given a couple of beef slices and then on to the veggies. They had half the selection that the other GK. No waterchestnuts or baby corn. My food was quickly prepared and handed to me. Big Dissapointment is an understatement! The beef was like eating rubber, and everything tasted so salty I could not eat. There were several rotten mushrooms also GROSS! I will never go back, nor would I recommend anyone going there. Wish I would have read to reviews before I ate there yesterday."
