They have dry cured meats which are another find. mostly locals just saying. I bbq the chorizo so I tend to buy the full meter. Sterile environment. plenty of parking"
"This a great place for the best chorizo in the OC. I go to this location cause I moved to north OC. I used to go to the original location in Santa ana which is still my favorite of the 2 locations. They sell by the meter and can get half meter if you want. They various types like Pork, Chicken and also Soy with different heat levels which are displayed when choosing. They also have really good tamales made with the chorizo that they make in house. Check them out."
